Holiday 2024 Order Information
WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING ORDERS FOR DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS 2024.
Our Ammodor cigar humidors are handcrafted and “made to order” right here in the USA. Please be aware that our products do take time to custom build for you. To complicate matters more, we have been experiencing significantly longer than usual production times due to ongoing material, labor and shipping delays.
WHAT IS AVAILABLE FOR CHRISTMAS 2024 DELIVERY?
As of Monday, December 10th: We have a variety of products that are in stock and/or available for quick construction that can shipped prior to Christmas 2024. View these products here. THESE ARE THE ONLY PRODUCTS THAT COULD ARRIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS!
We will be taking orders as late as possible and will update our site accordingly once a Christmas delivery timeline is no longer possible. Additionally, we will contact you directly after your order is placed, should there be any issues that may prevent this. We recommend ordering as early as possible and selecting the fastest shipping method possible. See the note below about adding our email address to your contact list to ensure you get our email messages right away!
LET US KNOW WHEN YOU NEED YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE
During the checkout process, you will see a form field titled “Would you like this by a certain date?”. Click this and you will be presented with a calendar selection tool. Please select the absolute latest date that that you can have your order delivered on. Make this the day before the day you must have it. For example, if you need it in your hands ON Monday December 23rd, then select Saturday December 21st for your requested delivery date.
There is also an “Order Notes” comments field on the checkout page. Please use this to let us know about your preferred delivery timeline and/or any special requests. As soon as we receive your order, we’ll review all of this information and will contact you if there are any conflicts.

OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
• If you do NOT need your order before Christmas, PLEASE choose a delivery date after that time. We would appreciate you letting us know in the Order Notes field and/or by choosing a date after the Holidays on the calendar tool. This will help us greatly to prioritize Holiday orders and make sure that we can get everyone their gifts in time.
• Every retailer was plagued with major shipping/transit delays (USPS especially) for the last several Holiday seasons. This year is likely going to be no different! If you need your item by a specific date, you should order early and pay for rush shipping. Once we ship it, we can make NO guarantees of the actual transit time. We are not USPS or UPS or FedEx and we can NOT control anything they do! We only know the estimates that are provided to us by the carrier. We will ship based on that provided timeline and WE ARE NOT responsible in any way for delays in transit!

While we always do our best to ensure packages ship out as quickly as possible, Ammodors is NOT responsible for late packages due packing/shipping delays leaving our workshop, carrier transit delays, shipping delays due to inclement weather or any other reason.
