I mean what can a say. This thing is the definition of badass. Let’s start with the utility of the humidor. This thing used to hold MORTAR SHELLS. How cool is that. The lid and clamps take a little bit of patience to learn how to use properly but once you have the hang of it the satisfying clang you get whenever you open and close your humidor is friking fantastic. It’s like the DuPont cling but for military enthusiasts, or just dudes in general because I am not military at all but still love it. Every time you open or close those clamps you feel like your cocking a gun or unlocking a briefcase with a million bucks in it. Let’s move on to aesthetics. I mean what an absolute beauty. Paid an extra hundo to get the custom hygrometer in the lid and it looks so beautiful and badass. The wonderful dark green color is striking an beautiful. All the original tags and emblems are such an awesome touch. I mean there’s a frikin tag in bold yellow letters that says, “ AMMUNITION FOR CANNON”. How cool is that. Also you got the nice Ammodor Pin up girl hidden in the back and absolutely everything about this thing yells “AMERICA”. On that note it’s also worth mentioning that these ammo containers are made in the USA and then customized into the wonderful humidors in the USA as well, and even if that may not be important to you but it was to me so I really appreciated that. Next I would like to discuss the interior woodwork. Other then a small issue with one of the dividers not fitting properly the rest of the interior is immaculate. Not a single issue structurally and the smell is absolutely amazing. These humidors are perfect for not only storing your cigars to smoke but also are perfection for aging. On a couple of final notes this thing was expensive I Paid about 850 for mine and to get it totally complete with all features is closer to 1000. Now that does seem steep but as a salesperson that regularly sells humidors in the 3000 dollar range let me say that this humidor is head over heels better then some of those premium humidors. It your looking for something cheap and practical get a Tupperware. If you want something reliable and epic it’s ammodor all the way. One other thing. I don’t know Mr. Ammodors real name but he is a joy to deal with and answers all inquiries promptly and with a very friendly demeanor. I’m already planning on my next ammodor purchase and this would make it ammodor number 3 for me.
