At Ammodors we want you to be happy, so in the unfortunate event that you are not happy with your order, we stand behind our products and we will try to remedy any issue as quickly as possible. We are so confident in the quality of our product that we offer a lifetime warranty on materials, craftsmanship and function.
What is Covered?
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below. Only new purchases made from directly from Ammodor LLC, www.ammodor.com and their authorized Dealers are eligible for warranty coverage.
What is not covered?
This warranty does NOT cover wear and tear from normal use, misuse, abuse, customer damage or damage from use in extreme conditions. No warranty coverage applies without valid proof of purchase.
What Ammodor LLC Will Do?
We will repair or refund any Ammodor found to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, Ammodor LLC will either replace your humidor with a new unit of similar style and price, or refund the full purchase price of your Ammodor, whichever you prefer. Proof of purchase is required before any repair or replacement will be considered.
How Long Does Coverage Lasts?
This warranty runs for the lifetime of your Ammodor. “Lifetime” is defined in this case as 10 years from the date your humidor is originally purchased.

Xikar Lifetime Warranty
All Xikar products include a Lifetime Warranty! If you feel that a Xikar product fails to live up to their promise of fit, finish or function, simply return it directly to Xikar and they will cheerfully repair or replace it under their total satisfaction guarantee. Ammodors, LLC Return Policy
RETURNS
Ammodors, LLC and ammodors.com will accept returns as long as merchandise is in salable condition (unused and in original condition as when shipped to you).
All pending return orders will be processed by Ammodors immediately upon receiving the original merchandise. Items returned will be refunded back to the original method of payment. All return merchandise must be received by Ammodors prior to receiving a refund. Refunds will be applied as soon as possible, but please allow up to 4 weeks for your return to be received and processed and posted to your credit card. We do not offer cash or check for refunds. Return shipments must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
If a return is being made DUE TO AN ERROR MADE BY AMMODORS (you received damaged merchandise, we shipped you the wrong item, etc) then Ammodors will credit you for the full amount of the products, original shipping cost to you and return shipping cost.
If a return is requested DUE TO NO FAULT OF AMMODORS (you ordered the wrong item, no longer want it, etc) then Ammodors will credit you for the full amount of the products only. You will not be reimbursed for the cost of the original shipping to you. You will be also be responsible for cost of return shipping of the item back to us.

EXCHANGES
Ammodors, LLC and ammodors.com will accept returns as long as merchandise is in salable condition (unused and in original condition as when shipped to you).
All pending exchange orders will be processed by Ammodors immediately upon receiving the original return merchandise. Exchange shipping costs must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
If an exchange is being made DUE TO AN ERROR MADE BY AMMODORS (you received damaged merchandise, we shipped you the wrong item, etc) then Ammodors will offer you a store credit for the full amount of the products, original shipping cost to you and we will pay for the return shipping cost of your replacement order.
If an exchange is requested DUE TO NO FAULT OF AMMODORS (you ordered the wrong item, no longer want it, didn’t pay for rush shipping, etc) then Ammodors will offer you a store credit for the full amount of the products only. If there is a difference in product price from the original order to the new order, an overage will be charged to the method of payment used on the original order. A shortage will be credited to the method of payment used on the original order. You will not credited for the cost of the original shipping. You will be also be responsible for return shipping of the original item back to us as well as shipping of the replacement order.
If an exchange item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible via email or telephone. If the item is going to come back in stock, you will have the option to wait. If it is out of stock, you may make a new selection, receive a refund (when applicable), or receive a gift certificate/coupon code of equal value.

Expected Timeframe
- Returns and Exchanges are processed in the order they are received.
- Returns are processed within 30 business days after receipt.
- Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.
- Exchange orders can be expected within 20 business days after receipt.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Ammodors, LLC is not responsible for packages not received. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
