Wholesale Discount Prices
Wholesale discounted prices are available to customers that will be reselling our products to the consumer through an established retail store or web site – referred to as a “Dealer”.
How to become a Dealer
You may complete a Dealer Application on our site at https://www.ammodors.com/become-a-dealer/. Your information will be reviewed by our staff. If accepted we will create an wholesale account for you on our retail website and on our Dealer Portal. You will receive your login username and password and additional instructions by email
The minimum order initial order is $300.00 plus shipping. The minimal subsequent order is $100.00 plus shipping. Please contact us to inquire about an exceptions.
Minimum Advertised Pricing
All Dealers and wholesale buyers must adhere to our M.A.P. policy and our products may not be sold for less then 25% off MSRP (unless otherwise indicated).
We do NOT supply product samples free of charge or offer products on consignment.
You will submit your orders via our Dealer Online Portal. No payment is collect at the time of order submission. Once your order is received through our Dealer Portal and has been processed, you will receive an email with further instructions on how you can then login directly to our retail website to submit payment, review your order status, order history and see tracking information after shipment. You should have just received an email with this username and password when you account was approved. Be sure to check your spam folder and let us know if you did not receive this email.
Again, please do not place wholesale orders directly through our website. Instead place them via the Dealer Order Portal and we will manually setup the order for you on our website.
Typically we ship orders within 5 business days and sometimes quicker based on current inventory and order load. During a busy holiday season it may take up to 14 business days but this is unusual. If you have a rush order please let us know and we will exert extra effort to try to get your order out sooner.
Please remember that Ammodor humidors are 100% handmade by skilled master woodworkers right here in the USA. We do not usually “stock” our products. Just like a custom piece of furniture, each Ammodor requires great attention to detail and time to craft. We have no magic machine that stamps out humidors or computer that automates construction. Understand these are custom made by hand and please respect the time it requires to do so. If you’re looking for quick and cheap, Chinese imported humidors – please buy elsewhere.
Out of Stock
We try to have everything in stock. However, there may be unavoidable outages in supplies and materials and/or delays due to an influx of orders. When an out of stock situation occurs you can backorder those items – this will ensure your spot on our build list. We will ship your order as soon as it is built and ready. You will be notified in this event.
All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Shipping costs are calculated after your order is received through our Dealer Portal. Drop shipping from our warehouse directly to your customer may be available (all shipping costs are to be paid by Dealer) – contact us for more details.
Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods
You must notify us of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within 2 days of receipt of shipment. Ammodors accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the Dealer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.

We accept credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal. Local customers may pay via COD. We do not accept checks or term billing at this time.
International Dealers are welcome. Please note that shipping costs will be higher. Ammodors is not responsible for any additional customs or import tax fees or duties.
