Shipment processing times
Ammodors are built by hand, made to order. Please allow time for production of your humidor prior to shipment – depending on current order load and material availability.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Ammodors.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Ammodors.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
If you have received an item with manufacturing defects, the wrong item or an item that was damaged during shipment; refer to our Warranty policy.
Liability and Responsibility
Ammodors.com shall not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages or for any delays caused by the actions or defaults of the shipping carrier.
Our responsibility extends only until orders leave our warehouse facility. Once tracking information is provided, the safe delivery of goods is the shared responsibility of the shipping company and the customer. Replacement order costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping addresses when placing orders.
Ammodors.com will not be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen due to incorrect or insufficient shipping addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package has been delayed, has not arrived or shows as being delivered but you can not locate it, refer to the following:
• Please double-check that the shipping address you provided is accurate and up to date. A correct address is crucial to ensuring successful delivery.
• There are instances when USPS and UPS update tracking information as “delivered” a few hours or even days before the actual delivery. We kindly ask you to allow at least 48 hours to pass to see if the package is indeed delivered.
• Check if your carrier placed the package in a safe location out of view such as: garage, porch, side/back entrance, with others in your household or a neighbor.
• If you’re unable to locate your package, consider visiting your local USPS office. Bring your tracking information along, as they might have additional insights into the exact GPS location where the postal carrier delivered your package.
• File a claim with the carrier.
